Jenny works at ecos as a Communications Project Manager. She helps companies effectively communicate sustainability and climate issues—in a way that is strategically sound and operationally feasible. Her focus is on integrating online and offline channels, holistic brand positioning, and the development and management of communications projects based on clear user and customer journey approaches.
Jenny’s expertise in sustainability communications was shaped by her time at gebana, a pioneer in fair trade, where she translated impact-driven topics into content and sales-ready formats and developed content and community formats tailored to a sustainability-focused audience. She managed omnichannel campaigns and coordinated online and offline initiatives based on clear target audience strategies.
Jenny then worked at a service company, where she led the strategic development of a marketing department and coordinated company-wide rebranding initiatives. She was responsible for the company’s digital rebranding, including a website redesign aligned with customer journeys, as well as the implementation of a content marketing strategy.
Jenny holds a CAS in Marketing & Corporate Communication (ZHAW) as well as a degree in Business Administration with a focus on business law and marketing.
