ecos was commissioned to analyse business opportunities and develop an overall concept for a financial services provider from north-west Switzerland in order to position itself as a sustainable and future-oriented company within the framework of the Energy Strategy 2030. The project focussed on identifying business model innovations and achieving national reach with lighthouse projects that are closely related to the core business and sustainability. Together with the client, ecos also developed a vision of a centralised Swiss financing platform that covers the entire value chain for sustainable energy solutions.
