The practical ‘cheat sheet’ on the circular economy supports the hotel industry with simple, tried-and-tested solutions for implementing circular approaches.
Using concrete measures, ideas and examples from circular economy pioneers, it shows how circularity can be successfully integrated into everyday life when dealing with buildings, textiles, furniture, water, hygiene, etc.

Workshop with the hotel industry and relevant associations to validate the content and promote dialogue within the industry
Formulation of measures for day-to-day operations and longer-term projects
Creation of a clear collection of circular providers and solutions as a starting point for implementation
