Daniel has several years of experience in sustainability consulting and supports ecos in transformation projects in the areas of mobility, energy, and community development. He places a particular focus on participatory processes in which the population and local actors are involved at an early stage in complex change processes such as the municipal heat transition. He brings his broad experience in event management and target group-oriented communication across a wide range of channels to bear—from classic public relations to community building via social media—in order to raise the profile of sustainable initiatives and strengthen them in the long term.
Daniel is also well-versed in sustainability communications management and knows how to present complex content in an understandable way and effectively engage different stakeholders. His work is characterized by structured process design, political understanding, and the ability to make complex topics accessible to both specialist and lay audiences.
Daniel completed a bachelor’s degree in economics (major in business) and a master’s degree in sustainable development in Basel. His previous professional position was in politics as the managing director of a medium-sized cantonal party, where he gained in-depth knowledge of political communication and regulatory issues relating to sustainability.
