Sustainability at Rapp

ecos supported Rapp, a company active in the fields of infrastructure, construction, building technology, energy and mobility, in the development of a sustainability strategy and vision. In collaboration with Rapp’s internal “Green Team”, an analysis of the internal and external initial situation was first carried out with the help of research and discussions. In two workshops, ecos Rapp assisted with the identification and specification of strategic fields of action, objectives, measures and key figures as well as their prioritization. In the first workshop, an SDG assessment was carried out, i.e. the positive contributions and negative impacts along Rapp’s entire value chain were analyzed and prioritized with the help of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Rapp’s understanding of sustainability was also clarified. The strategic fields of action were then selected and formulated. Finally, the sustainability strategy, including targets, key figures and measures, was developed and refined in discussions and as part of a second workshop.
