Science Based Targets Initiative
The Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) helps companies set science-based climate targets and implement measures to reduce emissions. The SBTi’s internationally recognized methods ensure that these targets are aligned with global climate protection goals and the goal of limiting global warming to a maximum of 1.5 degrees Celsius.
SBTi-compliant targets define the level of ambition and the methodological requirements, but do not replace the company-specific design of reduction strategies and measures.
Scope 1 and 2 decarbonisation
