Practical PFAS Compliance Handbook for Manor

Development and implementation of a comprehensive, legally compliant PFAS compliance manual for strategic risk mitigation and to ensure compliance.

In light of increasing regulatory requirements and growing public awareness of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), Manor faced the challenge of consolidating its internal guidelines and aligning them with future needs. ecos supported Manor in developing a central PFAS compliance chapter that serves as a new, practical guide.

The process involved a systematic analysis of the existing documentation landscape, the definition of standardized supplier requirements, and the conduct of interactive workshops to strategically validate the content and clarify issues related to communication, labels, and PFAS alternatives. The newly created chapter was seamlessly integrated into the Quality Manual. It provides Manor with a reliable and legally sound foundation for systematically managing compliance risks and proactively responding to dynamic market and regulatory requirements.
