The Suyana Foundation, headquartered in Switzerland, supports people affected by poverty with projects in Latin America, Africa and Europe and empowers them to lead a self-determined, sustainable and healthy life. Suyana maintains partnerships with experienced, reliable and like-minded partners. The project with ecos was about selling products in Switzerland. ecos supported the Suyana Foundation with a situation analysis (SWOT) on challenges and opportunities in relation to the marketing of these products in Switzerland, as well as with the further development and implementation of its marketing strategy. A participatory workshop was held with the people involved and recommendations were developed for quick wins and next steps.
