Désirée is a project manager in the ‘Circular Economy’ team. She contributes her expertise in sustainable strategies and business models, textiles, value chains and the circular economy to the projects. Désirée completed a Master’s degree in Sustainability in Fashion and Creative Industries at AMD Berlin and studied Fashion Design at the FHNW in Basel. Through her own fashion label velvet novel, she acquired sound practical knowledge in the areas of sustainable strategies, social responsibility, circular economy and communication. Due to her professional activities in the field of fundraising, Désirée also has knowledge of project management, acquisition and event planning. She has experience of working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams thanks to several stays abroad and her Master’s programme.
